Series of jazz portrait and studies spanned from 1992 through 1996 and marked my immersion into the music and culture of jazz.
Landscapes of the Figure
I began studying the figure in 1986 with a group of artists in upstate New York, it is my roots. There will always be an underlying affinity with the figure in my work.
Surf Inspired Art
North County style. Immersion into surfing allowed for a series of surfboards custom made in 2002 and 2003.
Studies
The foundations of painted media. It is a method of exploration into unknown and a meditation on tactile freedom.
